The worst acting and worst jokes ever, but the awfulness is deliberate and quite entertaining. It's on BBC3 all the time.

The show is brilliant. Slightly off the wall but amazing. Your criticisms are unfounded. Go forth and repent!"

Ah but my friend, that was only the first time I saw it. I was a confused non-Boosher back then. But I have been converted!!! I am now a dedicated Vince Noir fan, tuning in each week to follow his strange adventures. I've also converted several friends, also unsure at first.
Rock on, Vince.

I think its brill I saw one episode that surrounded vince's attempts to form a electronic band!

This show simply rocks. I was also once a non-Boosher, but I was quickly converted. Granted, it's not really funny, but it's just so damn odd and different from most things on TV, you gotta watch! I think the best episodes so far have been the one where Vince is the "King of the Mods" and him and Howard get lost in the Jungle room... and the other when Howard gets taken away by something, and Vince has to go through that room full of mirrors to find him, ending up with a weird looking gorilla with bad hair. The song in that episode was ace!
My mum and dad still don't get it. Give me 2 weeks, they'll be hooked too.
Oh, and a point about BBC3 - why do they insist on repeating the same things over and over and over? Why not just give money for the people to make more episodes?

But it's a comedy show!! It should be funny!! And it isn't!! Therefore surely it fails?
And it is dreadful. Kenan and Kel meets Chucklevision but without any humour.
I like the way it's been relegated to a 7pm slot on BBC2, as opposed to it's 10pm slt or whatever on digital. They've editted the swearing out and practically rebranded it for kids.

Give it time. The genius of the Boosh creeps up on you.
iloveculture- 11-28-2004
Oh, so I have to make an enormous effort (when i could be spending my time doing better things) to appreciate this lump of horseshit? No thanks. I think 2 and a half tv episodes and half of an episode of their radio show is more than enough for me thanks.

You don't love Naboo? Just look at him!
How could you let a shaman down?
iloveculture- 11-29-2004
I don't get it.
It's a twat in an 'outrageous' costume.
I don't get it.

You will, Oscar, you will. If you stay with it, it becomes your fave TV show. It happened to all my friends, my family, everyone. Patience is the key!

i've been supporting the pair since the stand up days of '96. they are geniuses, and lovely chaps too. i knew it would never cross over to a tv audience - they're never actually nasty to anyone.
although it's a tragedy the "and i'd return to kenya too, not just for the lions or the p*ssy" line was axed from the pilot!
B1oodFlower- 11-29-2004
I like the show its genuinely funny/surreal, and endearing. It will probably be axed soon then
Mike- 11-29-2004
Probably, but they've commissioned a new series!
B1oodFlower- 11-30-2004
Oo nice one
