I suppose there's nothing wrong with the artwork if it is a good visual representation of the band.
However, I have never seen a band with artwork like that who haven't made me want to cut my ears off.

I can imagine people being fooled by a live performance where you can't actually hear how sonically devoide it all is, but recorded I find it irritating.

However, there is a big market for weird shit, and this definitely falls nicely into that category.
