ShadowPlay #19: After three long years of ShadowPlay our nineteenth issue rolls around (not sure if that’s a decent ratio really) and it’s an ace read. I’m allowed to say that as the submissions this time, be it the stunning cover, our new chav-hugging correspondent’s piece or our superstar agony aunt section with Piney Gir are all top notch. Speaking of which we’ve got the second part of our Prague serialisation, plenty of film, festival, gig and record reviews (featuring the likes of Russian Dolls, Womad, Laura Veirs, Plan B and Ninja Tune). That’s not to mention Hungarian wrestlers, nineties comedy and, naturally, pipe-cleaner aardvarks!
