I dropped in a while back asking about gigs in London in August as I was in town for a few weeks but alas had to leave the day before I think the 19th August date.

Anyhows who should I drop a line to get a copy of LvGB sent to the student radio station I run at Warwick Uni (www.radio.warwick.ac.uk)? Don't worry we're one of the good ones. Or should I just buy two and donate one to the cause of spreading the Luxembourg love? LvGB.mp3 has already had a few spins on the airwaves and won a few converts but it would be nice to try to properly nab the song a spot on our playlist...

Oh my goodness I've just realised it's the 12th! Only two more days, hurrah!! Well, I know it's really still the 11th over there, so three days, but shh.

Was thinking it was still weeks off, for some reason. Though I'll have to wait ages for mine to arrive. *sigh* Can't wait to hear About Time.

Ooh, I've demanded that people listen to the 'Bourg and now some of them (including my 13 year old niece!) are wanting this single. Most of them, however, don't have their own credit/debit cards, so guess who gets to buy them...

They're giving me money, of course, I'm not quite that generous (or rich). I am buying it for my niece, though - aren't I a nice aunty?

Thanks for the copy you sent up to us at Warwick Alex. In a fairly poor week for singles coming through the door our Singles review show audibly breathed a sigh of relief when they heard LvGB and realised they'd have something good to add to the playlist. It's currently top of the B-List and pretty much everyone has utterly loved it (the main Singles review show presenter broke out into a broad grin upon hearing it, which he struggled to shake off for the rest of the evening). I recommend going to www.radio.warwick.ac.uk/request and bombarding the studio with requests to purify the airwaves of whatever else is on.
