Anyone see the first episode? I very much enjoyed it, despite the obvious similarity to Lord Of The Flies and the odd bit of unrealistic plot (they wouldn't let an 8-month pregnant woman on a plane, would they?). Very gripping, well made with good acting.

Yeah I'm getting more hooked by the minute.

Dialogues a bit patchy but theres a lot of suspense. I'm glad I watched it after flying to Spain and not before.

It is a bit tasty I must admit..
I did have my doubts when that 'monster' was terrorising them...
I gpt the impression that it was going to be a bit stupid, including monsters etc..
All it would have needed then was them to discover a tribe of aboriginals or sumat!
Though it turned out to be a giant polar bear?
..I reckon they've gone through the 'mysterious' Bermuda triangle or something..hence the Complete isolation!...maybe.
It is getting interesting though,i cant wait for the next episode...

if the budget wasn't so bloody big, it'd suck. considering the size of hte budget, they coulda at least hired script writers capable of decent dialogue.

it's not really too original (people on island, oh noes - a monster!)

the way theyre concentrating on the relationships between people is plausible i suppose, but it's just mindless viewing so far, nothing special. much of it is cliched and predictable, with a few half-assed plot-twists.

the ch4 version was edited too much cos it was before the watershed too.

Someone always has to criticise!!! Think it's awesome myself.Have my own little theories as to what the 'monster' is.Has the potential to become a little creepier also which would be a cool thing.Anyone else watch the behind the scenes doc? Cant wait til nxt episode!!!

it's entertaining, but not that great, and the pace of it really really sucks ass n balls.

24 is an 18 hour long series about a 24 hour space of time, and it's paced fantastically, and is much more entertaining than Lost could ever be.

i thought it was ok, but seeing how i probably won't see the rest of it i already looked at the series episode guide.

I'm loving Lost. I know I shouldn't but damn the 'numbers' episode the other night was awesome. My boss already knows what happens in season 2!!

It is amazing still.Have to admit ive cheated and watched all of the 1st series cos my mate got it from America.But anyway,an amazing if very frustrating ending to series 1.Cant wait til series2. Apparently there's 3 of them, so prob wont be any clearer til the actual end of series3.
