I am a disapointment.

i have failed.

i fell off the wagon. i shal punish myself today.

ah, it wasnt that bad! i had 2 ciggaretes and a bottle of wine!

i have decided to only drink on saturdays as if i add an extra 4 days to the month then , theoretically it is still a month!

and anyway, last nights stress caused me to hav a fag, not only did i not get into c the art goblins, but my friends handbag got nicked with 80 quid in, a phone, her car and home keys and 4 bank cards. this led to us frantically getting numbers to cancel her cards and phone, which led to us missing the last train, which resulted in us having ti get a night bus to trafalgar square and then to kingston, home by 3 am.

so, i hoipe u can understand y i slightly fell off the wagon and had 2 fags.

but, hear this!!!!!! i shal not smoke again,

I had at least 3 pints of fosters 7 bottle of czec lager, 2 redstripes a couple of rum and cokes a guiness, a chat with graham coxon who is a nice guy and pulled/was pulled by stunning 19 year old girl with fuscha pink hair. No sleep till bedtime!
