I was making a comment, not a review. I listened to every single song of theirs on their MySpace, I just posted MY OPINION (no-one else seemingly even bothered listening), and it did not warrant a personal attack. This is the internet - a world of free speech, however, copyright law still applies.

You can't use someone elses face to advertise a product (ie. your music). It is illegal. Even if you aren't making money from it, it is still illegal because of fair use laws, and privacy rights of the individual. It may make any sentence given a bit lighter, but it doesn't make it any less illegal as an act. My pictures are not public domain. I can legitimately file a lawsuit at this moment. Do you not know anything about copyright? If there was no laws about this stuff, then any old Women's Institute would have David Beckham's face advertising their free garden party every week.

I commented on your music, and gave an OPINION, and you're having a pissy fit and making it into a personal vendetta because you don't agree with the way another individual naturally translates sound waves? If I post something, it is an o-p-i-n-i-o-n, not a factual statement, so I don't quite understand why you reacted in such a manner.

I don't agree with the pushing of copyright boundaries (no matter how pedantic) on a website dedicated to an industry where copyright/piracy is a huge issue. Seems kind of hypocritical to me.
