A brand new single. A launch gig for a brand new single. Where to begin? Let's bring some chronological order to this chaos.
Saturday 14th October - New Pop Revolution @ Metro London to launch Sick Of DIY
With tender-electropop gods Swimmer One whizzing down from Scotland and electropunk heroes Planetakis flying in from Germany, let's hope those NPR folk have planted a few trees lately. Mind you, we reckon even Al Gore would think these bands' musical emissions justify their, er, carbon emissions.
The Low Edges will be getting the evening off to a sterling start at about 7.45pm, and we're on at 10pm.
Metro is at 19-23 Oxford Street, London. Doors are at 7.30pm and it's £5 to get in, or just £4 if you print off a flyer from www.dogboxrecords.co.uk.
The gig will be your very first chance to buy a copy of our new single. It's not officially out until a couple of days later...
Monday 16th October - Sick Of DIY released
Available on 7" vinyl, CD single and download, this live favourite is taken from our forthcoming album and it's backed here with two new tracks that won't be made available anywhere else. We'll give you full details of where you can buy the single nearer the release date, but meanwhile here's a nice review that's come in since we were last in touch with you:
